Carrie Aucoin
Manager, Business Support and Planning
With a strong focus on claim accuracy and denial resolution, Carrie plays a key role in supporting revenue recovery efforts across multiple departments. Her work helps ensure that claims are processed correctly, payer variances are addressed, and reimbursements are aligned with contractual expectations, contributing to stronger financial performance for Titan’s clients.
Carrie holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Independence University and maintains certifications in medical administration, coding, and payment and reimbursement. She is committed to staying current with evolving payer practices and reimbursement requirements, continually expanding her expertise to better support the organizations Titan serves.
Stephanie Price
Client Success Manager
Stephanie Price serves as a Client Success Manager at Titan Health Management Solutions, where she acts as the primary strategic partner for several of Titan’s hospital and health system clients. With more than eight years of experience at Titan, including the past two years in a dedicated client success leadership role, Stephanie works closely with healthcare executives and revenue cycle teams to drive revenue recovery initiatives and deliver measurable financial outcomes.
Stephanie brings deep expertise in complex reimbursement analysis, zero balance recovery, and payer variance identification. By collaborating closely with Titan’s analytics and operations teams, she helps translate detailed financial insights into targeted action plans that improve recovery performance, reduce missed revenue opportunities, and strengthen overall revenue cycle effectiveness.
