Thomas J. Hoehner, JD MBA
Co-Founder & CEO
Thomas Hoehner has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare management. After receiving his MBA from Michigan State University, he began his healthcare career on the provider side working with acute care hospitals in various areas including finance, reporting, billing, cost accounting, decision support implementation, and contracting. Sensing the changing landscape of the healthcare market, he pursued his JD degree at the University of Florida. Upon getting his law degree, he returned to healthcare on the payer side working in operations and finance for Prudential Healthcare, Aetna US Healthcare, and Health Net of Arizona where he had responsibility over various areas including data entry, claims, billing and eligibility, customer service, and finance.
Thomas has also served in various consulting roles for health plan startups, new market acquisitions, network expansions, and operational reviews and improvement.
He is a member of the California Bar Association (inactive) and serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations.
Todd E. Hisey, MHA
Co-Founder & CEO
Todd Hisey has over 25 years of management experience in health care organizations including health plans, medical groups, and physician offices. Prior to founding Titan, Todd served as the Director of Operations Services for Health Net of Arizona where he was responsible for Medical Claims Review, Claims Recovery, Audit/Quality, Operational Reporting, Policy and Development, Training, and Project Management. He has also held operational, strategic planning, and financial positions at Aetna US Healthcare, HealthCare Partners Medical Group, and PacifiCare Health Systems.
Todd has a proven record of accomplishment in revenue cycle, cost management, strategic planning, and process development and implementation. Throughout his career, he has focused on managing health care revenues through critical review of payor contract reimbursement language and utilization of claim coding standards. Todd's in-depth knowledge of reimbursement methodologies enables him to assist Titan’s clients in optimizing insurance reimbursement by ensuring that Health Plans consistently adhere to contract language and accurately reimburse for the services provided.
Todd holds a Masters in Health Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s of Science degree from UCLA.
Chief Operating Officer
Brian rejoins the Titan organization as Chief Operating Officer to add capacity and experience to the leadership team as Titan continues to grow. Brian has deep client and operations experience working in a variety of industries over the last 30 years including hospital associations and hospital revenue cycle services firms. With significant experiences in growing companies and revenue cycle operations, Brian will help guide Titan to scale with our client growth with a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Brian has enjoyed significant success in building highly productive client relationships and will bring that focus to Titan to help us expand are services and solutions as our client’s demand.
Brian has a dual bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University in both Finance and Computer Science & Applied Data Processing.
Vice President, Revenue Integrity Solutions
Gidget Bowers has over 30 years of experience in health care revenue cycle management. As Vice President of Revenue Integrity Solutions at Titan, Ms. Bowers focuses on business development and client engagement activities. She oversees Titan’s performance in meeting client expectations and objectives, presents monthly progress reports to clients, identifies new reimbursement challenges and recovery opportunities, and assists our internal and external sales efforts.
Prior to joining Titan, Ms. Bowers worked for a national insurance plan where she held management positions in Customer Service, and Member and Provider Appeals. She has been a member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 2017 and was recently appointed as Membership Chairman for the Arizona Chapter of HFMA. Ms. Bowers is also a founding member of the Vistage Executive Leadership group in Tucson, Az.
Vice President, Revenue Cycle Solutions and Operations
Ben Tvedte brings his perspective from over 15 years in the medical industry, including working with MediRevv and the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He also served in the United States Army on active duty and was deployed to Iraq in 2003-04. His areas of expertise include Revenue Cycle Management, Team Motivation / Leadership, P&L Accountability, Strategic Planning and Development, Operations Management, Process Improvement and Reporting and Data Analysis
In his role, Ben is leading the expansion into additional service offerings including coding services, staff augmentation, patient self pay and building comprehensive end to end solutions.
Vice President, Business Development
Charlotte has an extensive background across Healthcare Quality Improvement, Population Health, and Healthcare Finance. She is an expert in MIPS/MACRA, Accountable Care Organization (ACO) strategies, and Population Health. She has led strategic initiatives, customer service and business development for Primaris Healthcare, Cerner Incorporated, Santex Group (Accenture Division) and Kemin Industries. Charlotte will lead Titan’s efforts to expand into new territories and service offerings.
In addition to numerous qualifications, Charlotte is Lean Six Sigma certified and holds an MHA in Health Administration from the University of Iowa, an MBA in International Marketing and Finance at Pepperdine University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Food Science from Chapman University.
